My approach to sharing yoga is to serve the intelligence of nature in each person and to find the best way to support that intelligence in the simplest, easiest and most enjoyable way possible.

I’ve taught yoga for the past 12 years in a variety of settings: yoga studios, community and fitness centers, retreats and in 1-on-1 private sessions.

The Art of Yoga is in adapting these ancient tools to our modern lives, and applying them in a way that supports and enriches our whole life.

I can help you develop a simple but effective yoga practice that is tailored to your individual needs and interests. Whether you are interested in yoga for therapy, self-care or spiritual connection, your practice will help you feel more energized, centered and connected to your inherent inner wisdom and sense of peace and well-being.

My practice is rooted in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar and informed by my love and respect for nature. My approach to teaching and sharing yoga is fundamentally about helping others connect to the natural intelligence in their own body, heart and soul.

I’ve published two books on yoga: Harmonic Movement and Yoga & Plant Medicine. I’ve also created a number of instructional videos that can be purchased here, as well as many short practice videos that can be viewed for free on my YouTube channel.
