The Art of Yoga Online School
When the COVID crisis hit I had two workshops scheduled. One was for an accessible yoga conference geared toward teachers looking to make their classes more inclusive. The other was for a university conference where I was to offer some guidance for young students and activists on developing a personal self-care practice.
Like everyone else I had to cancel these events and all other classes I had scheduled. This left me with two things: A) a lot more time on my hands and, B) a strong desire to find other ways to support for yoga teachers and home practitioners who are interested in a therapeutic, adaptable approach to vinyasa yoga.
So I channeled all my energy and enthusiasm for teaching into creating my most comprehensive online offering to date and establishing an online platform where I hope to offer more courses that focus on other aspects of practice like pranayama, meditation and chanting.
The flagship course is based on a workshop and teacher training module I’ve been developing over the past couple of years called The Art of Yoga: Secrets of Skillful Sequencing. You can find some more information about the course and a little trailer I put together below.

As some of you know I have a passion for bringing the healing power of yoga to folks who might not otherwise have access to classes or individual instruction, and this is one way I feel I can help.
I have plans to create more online resources for community groups and organizations in the future. I’m particularly interested in continuing my outreach work with indigenous community centers, prison populations, and at-risk youth. I’d love it if you shared this with anyone who might be interested in training with me, or any groups who might want to incorporate my resources into their programs.
